INTERNATIONAL PROJECT FUNDING
STRASBOURG SOVEREIGN CONSULTANT BANKERS requires the following fees
bases on its involvement in the loan arrangement process:
1. Review and Engagement Fee. This is to pay for reviewing the feasibility
study, and provide our legal engagement to recommend how to properly
present the project to lending institutions. This fee is paid at the
time of signing exclusive representation and Non-Circumvention and
Non-Disclosure Agreement.
2. Loan Arrangement Processing Fee. Upon favorable indication by
a lending institution on a project's feasibility, a Retainer Fee will
be paid:
3. Success Fee. This fee is paid at the time of loan closing.
Note:
• Engagement Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
• Retainer Fee can be deducted from Success Fee by Borrower
upon loan closing.
